Page Arizona is a small town in northern Arizona and home of the Antelope Canyons.  These slot canyons are a dream for any photographer.  I don’t want to use words like undulating and juxtaposing because I’m not an art history professor, but there is something in these shapes, textures and light that translates well through a lens.  It’s pottery molded by water over millions of years.

These canyons are on Navajo land and require a $20 guided tour since a flash flood killed 11 tourists here in 1995.  For some reason, if you are a photographer, you can have 4 uninterrupted, unguided hours in the canyon for the same price.  I went early in the morning so I was alone the entire time, save one small tour group that passed through.  Simply amazing!
